Cassiane
Cassiane Macnhães Guimarães (b. 1973), known professionally as Cassiane, is a Brazilian gospel singer-songwriter, minister and missionary.
She is one of the best-selling Brazilian gospel artists and her musical career spans several decades.

Background
Cassiane Manhães Guimarães was born in Nova Iguaçu, a municipality in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro state, on January 27, 1973. She grew up in a Christian home that belonged to the Church Assembly of God, where she started singing worship songs at a very tender age.
When she was just 8 years old she recorded her first album, Cristo é a Força, released by the label Melodia Celeste. She continued to record albums throughout her childhood and kept this up as an adult as well.
Private life
In 1994, Cassiane married her childhood friend Jairinho Manhães, who is a singer, conductor and music producer. Together, they recorded the love song compilation album Love You, which became a big success.
Cassiane and Jairinho have three children together: Jayane, Caius and Joshua.
